Forward it, it's filed
Flight, hotel, car and tour confirmations become stops on the right day, with every leg, seat, check-in time and confirmation number. Three emails for one booking still make one booking.
PlanItPikaYour trip planner, with a little attitude
PlanItPika turns your booking emails, the places you want to see and the people you travel with into a plan for every day: times, maps, how you get from one stop to the next, the weather, and directions from wherever you are standing. It lives on your phone and keeps working when the signal doesn’t.

Meet Pika. Pika has strong opinions about layovers.
Send flight, hotel, car and tour emails to your trip mailbox. Each one is read and filed on the right day.
Drop in places, restaurants and ideas. Give them a day, or leave them for later.
Ask the AI to sequence a day or fill in the details, then keep what you like and undo the rest.
What it does
The things that usually live in six apps, a spreadsheet and somebody’s inbox, in one place.
Flight, hotel, car and tour confirmations become stops on the right day, with every leg, seat, check-in time and confirmation number. Three emails for one booking still make one booking.
Each day has its own map and the way between stops: drive, walk, fly or ferry, with real distances and times.
Sequence a day, fill in descriptions and photos, or rewrite a day's notes. Every change can be reviewed one at a time and undone.
Sixteen-day forecasts on every day. If Tuesday turns wet, ask for a replan and approve or deny each move it suggests.
Add it to your home screen. Trips sync to the phone with maps, photos and the PDF, ready for the moment the signal drops.
From wherever you are standing to the next stop on today's list, straight into Google Maps.
A nudge three hours before you fly, word when a flight moves, and a tap on the shoulder when an assistant has suggestions waiting.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that speaks MCP and talk to your trips. You choose what it can do, and which trips it can see.
A day, at a glance
Every day gets its own page: where you wake up, each stop in order, how long the drive or walk is between them, the forecast, and where you sleep. The morning after a red-eye starts from the gate you landed at, not from home.
As the day goes on, what’s done fades back, and one tap gives you directions from where you are to whatever is next.
Built on a few rules
Every AI change is recorded. Review it, approve it change by change, or undo it later, even after you’ve edited other things since.
A flight leaves when it leaves. Planning, weather replans and connected assistants move everything around your bookings, never the bookings themselves.
Invite people to view, edit, or edit with AI. Send a PDF with confirmation numbers hidden and a link that expires, and take it back whenever you like.
Plug in your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or xAI Grok key and pick the model you want. Your key stays on the server and never reaches the browser.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or any assistant that speaks MCP, then ask what’s on Thursday or have it add a stop. Choose read, suggest or change, and switch off any trip you’d rather keep to yourself.
Your trips sync to your phone with maps, photos and bookings, so they open with no signal. Need it on paper? Every trip prints as a PDF report with a page for each day.

Bring the bookings. Pika will do the yelling.
